Very professional and knowledgeable. Provided me with an intact VIN and MCO that I asked for so I was able to get the bike registered as street-legal in the US state of Montana. Gave updates on the progress of the shipment throughout the process and I was able to track the bike through China and also on the container ship as it crossed the sea. Bike arrived as promised in good condition even though the box was in less than ideal shape, but I cannot blame that on the supplier. Will definitely order from them in the future.
